Routine maintenance and parts replacement is essential to maintain the sprayer for safe and proper operation. Front gasket should be replaced when damaged, when air leaks from front cap, or when spray cycles on and off. Rear gasket should be replaced when damaged, when air leaks from rear hatch, or when texture will no longer spray. This TexPro replacement part kit includes:
•(2) Front Gaskets•(2) Rear Gaskets

WARNING: BEFORE HANDLING THE TEXTURE SPRAYER OR WHEN YOU STOP SPRAYING OR ARE REMOVING ANY EQUIPMENT PARTS:
1.SHUT OFF AIR SOURCE AT AIR COMPRESSOR.2.DISCONNECT AIR COMPRESSOR POWER SOURCE.
Front Gasket
1.Remove front gasket from case2.Unlatch front cap
3.Remove cap from hinge
4.Install front gasket
5.Press firmly into groove
6.Replace cap and close latch
Rear Gasket
1.Remove rear gasket from case2.Open back cap
3.Install gasket in groove inside rear cap
4.Press firmly into groove
5.Close and latch rear cap
