Routine maintenance and parts replacement is essential to maintain the sprayer for safe and proper operation. This TexPro replacement part kit includes:
•(1) Pressure Gauge Readout
•(1) Rubber Boot
Items also needed for this task:
•Allen Wrench 3 mm*
•Box end wrench 7/16”*
•Small adjustable wrench
•T10 & T15 Torx (star) driver*
•Thread seal tape*

WARNING: BEFORE HANDLING THE TEXTURE SPRAYER OR WHEN YOU STOP SPRAYING OR ARE REMOVING ANY EQUIPMENT PARTS:
1.SHUT OFF AIR SOURCE AT AIR COMPRESSOR.
2.DISCONNECT AIR COMPRESSOR POWER SOURCE.
1.Using Allen Wrench remove Trigger Pivot Screws from both sides of trigger.
2.Remove Front Nozzle/Cap assembly
3.Open Rear cap.
4.Using T-10 Torx driver remove 2 screws located below pressure gauge
5.Turn over Sprayer Body and lift off cover plate
6.Using T-15 Torx Driver remove two screws to left of pressure regulator knob
7.Unscrew and remove the retainer ring located at the base of regulator knob. Retain ring for reuse.
8.Using T-10 Torx Driver Remove (5) screws at top of Sprayer Body
9.Using same driver remove (5) screws on handles
10.Using T-15 driver remove two larger screws to right of pressure gauge
11.With screws removed carefully turn over sprayer to show the regulator knob.
12.Then, lift off the left housing side.
13.With left side of housing removed then lift the sprayer tube and valve assembly up and out of right housing side
14.Turn tube and valve assembly over so pressure gauge is visible
15.Locate the brass nut base on the bottom of the pressure gauge.
16.Connect a 7/16” box end wrench to the brass nut base. Then use the unscrew the pressure gauge (counter clockwise)
17.It may be necessary to use a small adjustable wrench hold the valve body secure while unscrewing the pressure gauge with the wrench
18.Unscrew the pressure gauge using the wrench and then lift out.
19.Locate the new pressure gauge* and wrap Pipe Seal Tape on thread. Cutaway excess tape to ensure inlet to gauge is not obstructed by any tape.
*NOTE – If your new gauge is substantially smaller than the opening in the housing, you will need to slip the included rubber boot around the gauge.
20.Carefully insert and start threading new gauge into valve body. Do not tighten the gauge holding by hand as this may damage gauge, once threads are started use the 7/16” box end wrench attached to the brass nut base on the bottom side of the gauge to tighten the gauge. Stop when gauge dial is in correct vertical alignment and snugly in position, do not overtighten.
21.Replace the tube and valve assembly in the right outside housing and replace the left housing over the top
22.Replace (2) T-15 Torx screws to the right of pressure gauge
23.Replace (5) T-10 Torx screws at top of Sprayer Body
24.Using same driver replace (5) screws on handles
25.Replace trigger in location and hold in place
26.Replace Trigger Pivot Screws on both sides of Trigger
27.Use Allen Wrench to tighten screws just snug, overtightening may impede trigger release.
28.Test trigger to ensure air shuts off completely when trigger is released.
29.Inspect to ensure all parts have been replaced.
