Most new, unopened merchandise sold can be returned within 90 days of purchase, please see Return Policy Exceptions for details. Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by PPG Industries, Inc. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS – Please refuse delivery if product or packaging is damaged upon arrival. Products may be returned if defects and/or damages are identified and reported to PPG Industries within 48 hours of delivery day by calling 1-888-890-9029.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Customer Support at 1-888-890-9029 within 30 days of delivery for resolution.
