How did we come up with the “15” years?
This is a standard industry estimate for this type of technology.
Can the product be sprayed into another container to be brushed on?
Putting it into another container, the product will lose its protection and clean ability.
If the sealer will last for 15 years why do I need to reapply?
The product is designed to penetrate and bond to the molecules within the surface. However, high traffic areas will become worn, and the cleaners can break down the protection, so over time reapplication of the top surface will be necessary to maintain the seal and stain resistance.
Your products says that it will leave no residue but it did?
We have on the package the statement “…no hard to remove residue on the tiles.” We make no claims of “no residue” like some products which leave the same amount of residue as our product. You can remove very easily with a very mild cleaner and damp mop which is part of most contractors final cleaning.
