Instructions

Always test in a small, inconspicuous area to see if the results are satisfactory.

  1. Do not dilute with any type of thinner.
  2. Do not apply when temperature is below 50 degrees F or above 90 degrees F.
  3. Do not allow product to freeze before use.
  4. Do not apply to a non-porous surface. Test for porosity by placing a few drops of water on the surface to be sealed. If water penetrates, JASCO Cure-Seal can be used.
  5. Use with adequate ventilation.
  6. Product can be applied with a sponge, sponge mop, roller, brush, or low-pressure airless sprayer.
  7. Remove all paint, wax, dirt, dust, oil or grease and rinse thoroughly with water. Allow to dry. If an acid has been used to clean, neutralize with baking soda and water solution and rinse thoroughly with water.
  8. Apply evenly to dry surface two light coats, waiting 1-3 hours between coats and dry to touch.
  9. Avoid puddling and wipe off excess. More coats can be applied for higher gloss.
  10. Fresh Concrete: As a curing agent for fresh concrete. After final troweling, all surface water has evaporated, and surface can support your weight: apply one coat to control moisture loss, enable proper drying and make concrete stronger and less likely to crack.
  11. New Concrete: Allow concrete to cure for 30 days before applying Cure-Seal as a sealer.

Warnings:
