Is there a maximum time limit for how long the Adhesive Primer can stay on the surface?
There is no maximum time, but do not let dirt and soil accumulate on the surface.
My self-sticking tiles are sliding around after I used the adhesive primer. I tried to stick the product on wood and it does not stick there either. Is it the primer?
It sounds like the tiles do not have enough adhesive on them, being that they did not stick on the wood.
Can you use Jasco Primer to prepare an already painted basement cement floor that has a semi or gloss finish on it already?
The Adhesive Primer is designed to help reduce the porosity of an unsealed surface before using an adhesive. If your surface has a semi gloss paint, that surface is not porous and would not require the Adhesive Primer.
