The texture looked fine when I first sprayed it and now it’s flat, what happened?
What type of surface are you applying to? If applied to bare drywall or joint compound that is not sealed or primed the texture will soak in. Remember, these are water-based textures, not oil based.
I did not achieve the spatter I was looking for, now what?
Since our premixed textures are water based they can be easily removed and re-sprayed. Use a putty knife to scrape off. If material has dried, you may need to spritz with water, re-clean and try again.
The material seems to be separated. Is that O.K.?
It may not have been shaken. Make sure that the jug has been thoroughly shaken prior to spraying.
I have the Acoustic Texture and the color is black and does not smell right?
Check the date on the container? It is probably expired product and we recommend that it be discarded.
