Spray-On Acoustic Texture
Instructions
- Surface should be clean, dry and primed white before spraying.
- Mask off walls and cover general area from overspray as some of the chips will bounce off ceiling.
- Apply Acoustic Texture using a Homax Spray Texture Gun and Pro Hopper.
- Pour 3 quarts (2.84 liters) of water into a separate container.
- Slowly add texture and mix using a drill-type mixer. Use entire bag.
- Let stand at least 15 minutes, then remix before spraying. If material is too thick to spray, add a little more water.
- It should not be necessary to paint ceiling after spraying unless patching older discolored texture.
