Can the Acoustic Texture be rolled on?
It is not recommended to roll the Acoustic Texture.
Can I add paint to the texture?
No. Since these textures are used with our Spray Texture Systems it is not recommended. Our Spray Texture Systems are for spraying texture only, not paint. Also, splatter texture does not provide total coverage so it is necessary to paint over it once it dries.
Should I primer the surface prior to applying the textures? Before I apply my paint?
Yes. Like any painting type project you will want to primer to insure a clean surface and good adhesion. Although you can primer again prior to painting it is not necessary.
Can I texture outside?
No. The latex based texture is water soluble and intended for interior use only.
