Copper Brown Wood Preservative is an EPA registered, Est. No. 7424-CA-2 water based product that kills powder post beetles and termites. Prevents termite and other insects above or below ground. Stops rot and decay. Protects against mold, mildew, warping and swelling. For use on decks, doors, stairs, sidings, shakes, shingles, roofs, fence posts and exterior wood exposed to moisture, and weather or wood destroying insects. Pretreatment only. Do not apply at sites on or near water or wetlands. This product is intended for wood products that usually require painting or stenciling such as millwork and the like or in special situations to treat lumber for long storage in the open or in ground contact by simple non-pressure method. This product exceeds the Federal NWMA specs for repellence to control warping and swelling. Copper Brown is made up of 9% Copper Naphthenate.
