Gentle Abrasiveness – Unlike sandpaper and other grit-based abrasives that scratch away material with sharp points, metal wool fibers perform like thousands of tiny planes on the surface. The result is a smoother surface after sanding and a better result after finishing.
High Aspect Ratio – The shaving of wire into metal wool is an economical method to produce fine metal fibers. Metal fibers have many chemical and physical properties that make them ideal for various applications including thermal management, chemical reactions, electrochemistry, and composite reinforcement.
