Surface Preparation:

1. Remove loose paint and old caulk.
2. Thoroughly clean area to become dirt, grease, oil, and moisture free.
3. Apply when temperature is above 40°F (5°C).

Application:

1. Remove 1” of liner from product before application. Position Rope Caulk as you unroll along the crack line.
   IMPORTANT: Do not remove additional liner. Start from the top and work down.
2. Cut to a proper length with scissors.
3. With Rope Caulk in place, press firmly with a finger or rounded object.
4. From either end peel the liner slowly away from the Rope Caulk.
5. For best results, Rope Caulk can be painted immediately with latex or oil-based paint.
