Where To Use
Homax Wall Patch can be used to fix damaged walls and ceilings, on both drywall and plaster, for a permanent repair.
Directions
Homax® Steel Wall Patch helps you create a strong, permanent repair. A superior patch for door knob holes and high traffic areas where repeat offenses could occur.
Materials Required:
- Sandpaper
- Spackling or joint compound
- 3-6” Drywall Knife
- Gloves
- Dust mask
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lightly sand around hole and wipe clean. Remove backing paper from patch.
- Apply patching compound to metal side of wall patch and press firmly over hole.
- Cover entire patch with compound feathering edges outward.
- Allow to dry, then lightly sand smooth. Repeat as necessary.
For Textured Walls: Use Homax Orange Peel and Knockdown aerosol spray textures to blend in your repair with the surrounding surface.
