- Bench top formulating position responsible for developing specialty paint, cleaning and surface care formulations. Requires extensive knowledge of chemistry to create functional new product solutions.
- Develops capacity planning (CRP), master production planning and master production schedule (MPD) processes. Where applicable, develops processes in Homax’s ERP system (JD Edwards).

- Responsible for creative execution of ideas through graphic design, photography and product modeling. Work as a team member in marketing and product development to enhance the overall presentation and sales of our products.
