Wall & Ceiling Texture Touch Up 4.3 5 9 9
Great results I had low expectations of the results using this tool. I just knocked down my kitchen walls using the conventional hopper and air compressor. I botched one small section (2'x4') in a very obvious location. Instead of getting all my tools out again I decided to use this little hand pump. The resulting texture looked better than what I knocked down with the conventional tools. I was looking for a reason not to like this product but instead, I give it two thumbs up. This is a 'must own' tool if you want to keep your walls looking good. November 4, 2014
This the only professional product on the market! This small texture gun is the perfect solution for small patches. I really beats digging out the bigger equipment for a small patch. Easy to clean. I really like the easy to mix texture packets that came with it. It is extremely flexible to create any texture type us professionals make.It beats any other product out there for the size and quality. Quality of the patch is key here.Any pro out there knows what this does. March 5, 2014
Outstanding This is my second one and this is a great tool, so much so I loaned the first one out and it did not come back to me. September 11, 2013
Good Useful Tool A great tool I have been using for years in my work as a landlord. Disappointed that I could not find it in major home stores this last year and had to order it on line. There needs to be a slightly larger version somewhere between this size and the larger hand operated 18" canister that is too big for me to repeatedly pump. August 7, 2013
excellent product The ease of operation made this a handy tool, very cost effective tool for minor touch ups, great product and great company. many thanks!!! July 30, 2013
great product This is an excellent product for small repairs to popcorn ceilings. Was surprised at how easily it was to control where the material went when sprayed. Would highly recommend. April 24, 2013
Not As Good As We Thought We needed to do parts of ceilings. (popcorn) This product started off great for the 1st 10 ft, then it just quit working. We added a little water like it suggested in the directions, and nothing. We emptied it out completely, washed it out with water and started fresh, nothing again. For us, this product was quite a disappointment. March 8, 2013
good idea needs help in execution Bought unit to touch up texture on repair areas during home renovation. Lack of specific measures for mixing texturing compound proved problematic. Instructions said to mix the bag of texture material with 1.5 x bottle (hopper) "filled to the mark." Illustration shows bottle filled thru pump attachment joint but the only visible mark related to the top of the bottle. With no mark where I was filling it to I filled it brimfull and measured the contents. One cup or 8 fl. oz, filling thru the top it got 1/2 cup. So I started from the smaller amount and determined to add until I got a mixture that would spray. I think about 7 fl. oz. proved enough but it's hard to stop and measure when you're guessing. It worked pretty well when I got the mixture viscosity somewhere close to the pour into the bottle illustrated. I don't think I have it quite right yet because at the recommended "heavy" setting it drops at least ten percent of the mixture onto the floor. Better instructions "x cups water to y cups texture material" would NOT be hard to print on the instructions and would quell a lot of confusion. July 27, 2012
